Refund policy

  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return products for a refund.

  2. Return Shipping Fees:

    • The customer pays for return shipping charges to return the product to the Swiss warehouse.

  3. Condition of Returned Products:

    • Products must be returned undamaged and complete in original packaging, including all accessories (NUQO 1628 unit, USB-C cable, Aloe Vera gel, and manual).

  4. Proof Requirement for Damaged / Non-Working Items:

    • For items arriving damaged or defective, the customer must submit photo or video proof via the 
      Garantieanspruch / Warranty Claim Form before returning the item.

  5. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned package is received and verified at the warehouse.
